Terms and Conditions

1. The Bath Wine Tasting Company invites you to purchase a wine tasting, Champagne tasting, Champagne reception, or a Network/Conference Package.

2. In order to book a tasting package, please contact Jonathan Kemp with the package required, numbers attending, date specified and any extra requirements needed, and the following payment;

·   For Hen/Stag and Private Tastings. To confirm the booking with the chosen time and date, a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total cost is payable. An email will be sent to confirm the amount paid, package and date chosen. Payments can be made with a direct bank transfer.

·   For Corporate Tastings. To confirm the booking with the chosen time and date a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total cost is payable. An email will be sent to confirm the amount paid, package and date chosen. Payments can be made with a direct bank transfer. An invoice will be sent with the deposit costing.

3. In order for a tasting package to proceed after booking, you must;

·   For Private Tastings. Pay the outstanding balance 10 days prior to the tasting. Payment can be made with a direct bank transfer.

·   For Corporate Tastings. Pay the outstanding balance 10 days prior to the tasting. Payment can be made with a direct bank transfer. An invoice will be sent with the full costings.

4. If you would like to purchase and have a tasting within a two week time scale of booking, please contact me to discuss your requirements. Payment would be required in full prior to the tasting or event.

5. By booking a tasting package you are agreeing to all the Terms and Conditions provided in this document.

6. Once payment is received an email will be sent to you confirming your booking.

7. If payment is not received prior to the tasting (as specified in no.’s 2 & 3), the tasting will not proceed, the deposit will be lost, and the date will be re-allocated. The date can be re-scheduled if agreed, subject to availability.

8. Any reduction in numbers within 48 hours of the tasting will not be refunded. If the party is reduced below 10 people then an additional cost may be applied.

8. The Bath Wine Tasting Company is based in Bath and caters for tastings in the Bath, Bristol, Oxford, Cheltenham, Dorset, the Cotswolds and the surrounding South West region. There will be an additional fixed charge for travel if it is outside of this area.

9. The Bath Wine Tasting Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage to a Purchaser or Purchaser’s property or to a Purchaser’s guest or to a Purchaser’s guest’s property. (Purchaser is the person buying the tasting package).

10. The Bath Wine Tasting Company is covered by Public Liability Insurance.

11. Covid-19 - if a booked wine tasting has to be cancelled or deferred due to Covid-19 positive cases or self-isolating by the party (who have booked the tasting) or by myself, Jonathan Kemp, then an alternative/future date will be made for the tasting.
